Liger 2025

Was this liger stud in the middle of some crunches, or about to do some reps? Wanna spot him? Or just watch...? He can spare a moment to show off a bit. Good thing the air conditioning kicked in! 

Here's my response to the meme "draw your first furry art from memory." Technically I drew a bunch of furry stuff under previous aliases, but my first art *as Kaput* would be the 2003 "Leering Liger." I did in fact do the rough sketch for the redux without looking at the original, then compared them. This original can be yours to own, finished on 9x12" Arches cold pressed 140lb paper (the good stuff) with Schmincke watercolor, Micron pen, brown Copic marker, and a bit of white acrylic. There's a special feature that I apply to only a few paintings: a touch of gold glittery watercolor paint, which helps give texture to the background. This is difficult to see in a scan so I've also provided two photos.
Naturally, the best way to see it is with your own eyes!
